Villa Tortorelli - Florence

The spacious Beautiful Suite was beautifully appointed and impeccably clean. The power rain shower in the updated bathroom added a luxurious touch to our stay, while the pool was a refreshing escape from the summer heat. The check-in process was somewhat cumbersome with the need for multiple codes, and there were limited options for breakfast. It would have been better if there were more electrical outlets available near the bed.

I liked to be there and would stay here again. I had attractive and quiet suite. A walk-in shower in the bathroom was a plus. The staff were extremely friendly and very helpful and provided help. The location of the property was exceptionally nice and unbeatable, very close to the city center;)))

We had a boss stay! The staff were proper sound, especially Alice, who really sorted us out with a room upgrade. One drawback was the parking situation—was a bit of a faff, though. loved the vibes and cozy atmosphere!

the location was good in a pretty quiet area, short walk to the grounds, most attractions and florence city centre. florence historic center district was worth exploring. got wheelchair accessible room with a great bathroom, a large bed as expected.

While the breakfast options were limited and occasionally of poor quality, the general access to the hotel lacks the warmth of human interaction, leaving it feeling overly automated.

Villa Tortorelli is charming, but the breakfast was ridiculously basic. How can a place that claims to serve breakfast until 10 am run out of warm food by 9:20? I expected a complimentary drink after my long stay, but instead got ignored by staff. Just when I was ready to rave about my stay, these oversights stole my thunder.

The staff is friendly! They helped us with everything we needed, even suggested some great local spots for food. The pool area was perfect for the kids to splash around while I enjoyed a quiet moment under the sun.

It wasn't exactly cheap, but for what we got, it was still acceptable.

It was just a solid selection for a lightning stop in Florence with best value for money ratio. The air conditioning worked wonderfully and kept us cool during the hot summer days. Check the local transport options ahead of time to save some walking.

Really good staff. The garden area was such a peaceful retreat after busy days exploring Florence (a little slice of heaven!). The room service was prompt and very accommodating.
